Chatel is an unspoilt alpine village and can be found fully open for business in all seasons of the year.

While Chatel has its own ski areas of Super Chatel and Linga it also part of the Portes Du Soleil which is one of largest ski area`s in the world, with over 650 km of pistes and ski runs into 14 villages in both France and Switzerland.

Due to its close proximity to Lake Geneva, Chatel benefits from its own a micro climate which results in a good snow record.

Chatel is the nearest French resort to Geneva airport and can be reached by road within 1.5 hours.

Easy jet fly regularly to Geneva and arrive in the Swiss sector of this dual nationality airport.
